Sheri Nakken, former RN, MA, Hahnemannian Homeopath is passionate about learning, teaching & using Homeopathy as it was meant to be, created by Samuel Hahnemann.

Sheri attended Homeopathy Schools in the US and in UK; has studied the Organon by Samuel Hahnemann; studied with Dr. Luc de Schepper in person & through his writings, based on the 5th and 6th edition of the Organon; and studied David Little’s teachings through his online archived course, also on the 5th & 6th edition of the Organon.

Sheri uses remedies in water in the special way used by Hahnemann in his later years, for a faster, more gentle cure.

Consultations with Sheri Nakken can be done in person, by phone, by webcam (soon) and by phone and video and email. This is helpful for those who are far away and have no quality homeopath nearby.

Sheri also teaches introductory classes online so you can understand and use homeopathy with family for minor acute illnesses and first aid.

Sheri, I’m a recent graduate of a Traditional Chinese Medicine medical college. Took an Introductory Course in Homeopathy and have been reading books on it ever since. My favourites are by Dr. Dorothy Sheperd and Dr. M. Blackie and Dr. Tyler. In addition to these, there are a huge number of classical Homeopathy books free for the download via Google Book Search, including rare editions that one could never hope to find in bookstores.

Hi Salina – Can do both at the same time or can do one at a time. The Homeopathy one needs the most attention and the Baby Care class info can be read as you can and save the rest for later, having all the emails when things come up. Hello Sherri! I have a friend that practices 6th edition homeopathy and she advised me that that was the most effective way to practice. I verbalized to her that I really hated to waste my time learning 4th edition as I would not be practicing that method. She found out about 6th edition when she located her personal mentor, Dr. Mueller out of North Carolina, of which only practices 6th edition. So, she basically has turned around and learned a whole new method of treating after paying and studying through the British Institute of Homeopathy’s 4th edition practices. Honestly….I don’t have the time nor energy to “dance around the mullberry bush” in such a manner. She is now wanting to get “certified”, but apparantly the certification board isn’t accepting her credentials, credits, etc. through BIH and now she’s having to pay more money to go through another school to get more courses? Crazy????? I do want to be able to prove to my clients that I’m a competent homeopath and since I cannot be “certified” through your program, will this program be sufficient? Like I said, I do want the 6th edition, and I have to do it long distance. I currently work as a full time nurse, I’m a registered certified reflexologist and see clients regularly, a mom to our special needs daughter, and last, but not least……a wife! LOL! So, I certainly need flexibility! Any insight would be appreciated. Thanks!

sorry – I just saw this. Certification is not necessary and no guarantee of quality. she should just put herself out there and let people know who she is. And I’m not clear for you. Have you taken a course in homeopathy at all? It requires a 3 or 4 year commitment to study and mentoring with someone

Hi Asha – Many have STOPPED seeing peds as the well baby visits are primarily to vaccinate (take it from me, a former peds nurse)
And most parents are first to find a problem, not the ped.

Once you decide you don’t want vaccines, you also will discover you won’t want much else peds have to offer – meds, meds and more meds.

What do you recommend for pediatric constipation? I have an 18 mo patient whom saw GI and they want daily miralax ( sigh). I know Vitamin C and mag maybe? He is no vax, weekly chiro, eats lots of healthy foods.

You have alot of good Information. Im learning that vaccines didnt help my son. He has adhd , austism strectrum. He is getting sick often, Im very concern. Any suggestions of where to start.
He is not taking medication. He is gluten and dairy free. Im very passionate to help my boy and help others too. Our situation has been a huge struggle for me.
Im understanding that one of my calling is to spread awareness and Im not shy about it.
